Free Consultation Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The free consultation offer is available to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Scope of Consultation:

2.1 The free consultation is limited to audio installation and setup services offered by HyeSound

2.2 The consultation will be conducted remotely or at a location agreed upon by both parties.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

3.1 Consultations must be scheduled in advance.

3.2 Consultations are subject to availability and may be scheduled outside normal business hours.

4. Duration:

4.1 Each free consultation session has a maximum duration of 1 hour.

5. Limited to One Consultation per Household/Business:

5.1 Each eligible individual or household/business is entitled to only one free consultation.

6. Exclusions:

6.1 The free consultation does not include the cost of any equipment, materials, or additional services.

6.2 Any additional services requested during the consultation will be subject to standard service charges.

7. Reservation of Rights:

7.1 HyeSound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the free consultation offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 HyeSound reserves the right to refuse or cancel consultations at its discretion.

8. Location Restrictions:

8.1 The free consultation offer is limited to clients within the Greater Sydney, NSW area.

8.2 If the consultation location is outside the Greater Sydney area, the client will be responsible for additional expenses and travel costs, as agreed upon with Hyesound.

9. Limitation of Liability:

9.1 HyeSound is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of information or recommendations provided during the free consultation.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

10.1 By scheduling a free consultation with HyeSound, the individual acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
